You have read and understood the contents of the Offer Document(s) and Addendum(s) thereto of the respective Mutual Fund / Financial Products Scheme(s) ("Scheme(s)") and agree to abide by the terms, conditions, rules and regulations of the Scheme(s) applicable from time to time.

You confirm that in the event you are a Non-Resident of Indian Nationality / Origin, funds are remitted from abroad through approved banking channels or from the NRE / NRO / FCNR Account.

You confirm that the details provided by you are true and correct.

You hereby declare that the amount being invested by you in the Scheme(s) is derived through legitimate sources and is not held or designed for the purpose of contravention of any Act, Rules, Regulations or any Statute or Legislation or any other applicable laws or any Notifications, Directions issued by any Governmental, Regulatory or Statutory Authority/ies from time to time.

You agree that First Global sources the data from the vendors and is therefore, not responsible and/or should be held liable by you for the correctness or accuracy of any information received in that regard from the vendors. You agree that the National Stock Exchange ("NSE") data displayed on the site is always delayed by five (5) minutes whereas the Bombay Stock Exchange ("BSE") data displayed on the site is delayed by fifteen (15) minutes; and technical glitches if any, may further delay the data at times and that you will not hold First Global responsible for any such delays in receiving the data / feeds from time to time.
